今天我有很多事情想说，

就在刚刚吃完晚餐，

我最后的晚餐。。。

关了电脑，下楼吃饭，我就说午餐的事情，问妈妈几时开始买面包？
她说很懒，也说我不是要减肥的吗？
我说减肥归减肥但不关午餐的，我最近在外面吃到很穷了。
她应我，我真的肥了，就说姐姐没有像我那样。
我直接说她不吃又赖到我身上？你是在发泄吗？要我逼到像她那样不吃午餐？？我晚餐不吃那可以了吧？
你就说每餐都要吃但是要少。
我直接说我不吃晚餐！！从明天起，不用煮我的晚餐！

我哭了。为什么我就是那么的不可以忍？我很气我自己。。。不是因为妈妈在意姐姐，但是可以为我想下吗？？在公司已经受够被人气了，我要吃饱点都不能？我还要办一箱一箱的File，难道就不用力吗？？

过后我就躲在房里哭，对不起上帝，对不起耶稣，对不起妈妈，对不起我自己。我无法忍耐，无法控制自己。。我跪在地上哭了。。。。真的很恨我自己！！

我也想着如何把自己给瘦下来，不要后悔当你失去了一个女儿，那时你就会知道，你可以轻易的说出那句话，但对我所带来的打击是多么的大。已经太迟了！我已经决定了！！！对不起呀。。。

I feel excited on the first day although I don't like that place because damn many mosquitoes..

The most attracting me is the game---大冒险

Before that we do a lot of hard task such as cutting the grass, collected the dry leaves, set up the tents, clean up the places...

I'm exhausted and very very very unhappy because the weather was so hot and I almost fainting...

I also saw a lot of peoples resting there and do nothing,

I quite angry with that matter,

keep called certain peoples to do work but others sit under the trees and chit-chat..

At night,

I got fever.

Not feeling well,

but after the game I feel better...

almost 130a.m we went to sleep...

Today I felt very sleepy when the message sharing part because yesterday didn't sleep well.

Afternoon played SURVIVOR,

after that we got BBQ and camp fire but raining so camp fire was cancel.

Some of the tents cannot be sleep because the water enter the tents,

we need to shift to other places..

That night Joel shared his experiences about his past ..

I felt very very very super touched because I never think before he will do such those things..

But luckily I can get the important message from him..

I totally give the authority (love between friends and also couple love)

I don't want to think so much..

The only thing that I need to do is trust,

That really fake!
Time is really fake,it fly so fast,I'm going to sit for SPM.
About one year i have no write the blog already,
because i found that there has nothing special events happen.
But today i want to begin to write blog since it can improve my English.
Today at school,me, and my friends gathered around the table and played,
that really fun and enjoy,every time after the exam,
we also like this,we are not nervous although this year is the exam year.
I wonder why as a student,we cannot prepared /study before the exam?
why we always study at the last minutes?
During exam,i never have a nice sleep,everyday wake up earlier and sleep late.
This always happen on me ,when can i stop this?

Holidays coming,and starting from today.

Holidays finished!!
时间真的是很可怕，
过的超快，
我总觉得我还是刚刚开学呢！！
想不到竟然过了半年！！

今天是父亲节，

Today i go church,
go to worship and praise God,

A Sinless and Miraculous Life

"And many of the people believed in Him, and said, 'When the Christ comes, will He do more signs than these which this Man has done?'" (John 7:31).

Living a sinless life, as unique as that would be, wouldn't necessarily prove someone is God. However, since Jesus claimed that He was God, and lived a sinless and virtuous life and backed up His claim with miracles, that is a different matter.

The Bible states that "sin is the transgression of the law" (1 John 3:4, King James Version).

Paul tells us that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

Later Paul says, "The wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23).

God will not compromise with His holy and righteous law. Jesus said that "one jot or tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled" (Matthew 5:18).

The penalty for breaking that law will be paid.

Since we have all sinned, we have all earned death, as Paul says.

That is the fate of all human beings—unless someone came along and satisfied the law's demands.

Jesus did this.

And, as we will see in a later chapter, it took God to do this.

No life of an ordinary human being could be sufficient to satisfy the law's demand for all of humanity.

A life that could satisfy the penalty for the sins of all of us would have to be greater than that of all of us—the life of the very Creator Himself.

This—that the Creator God would be the one to die for human beings so they might live—was thought out before the creation of humanity ever took place.

Jesus, as we have seen, is the Creator of all things—and therefore greater than all things, and within Him is the inherent value to satisfy the demand.

It was essential for Jesus, therefore, to live a sinless life.

"Him who never knew sin God made to be Sin, on our behalf; so that we, through union with him, might become the Righteousness of God" (2 Corinthians 5:21, Twentieth Century New Testament).

He became the offering for sin that the law expected.

"And it is in the fulfillment of the will of God that we have been purified by the sacrifice, once and for all, of the body of Jesus Christ" (Hebrews 10:10, TCNT).

Jesus knew this was a major purpose of His coming to earth to live as a human being.

"Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? 'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to this hour" (John 12:27).

A sinless life laid down for us

The prophet Isaiah tells us that God the Father "laid on Him the iniquity of us all" (Isaiah 53:6) and "for the transgressions of My people He was stricken" (verse 8).

Then Isaiah asserts His innocence—"He had done no violence, nor was any deceit in His mouth" (verse 9).

Peter, picking up on Isaiah's words after Jesus' death, confirms that this was so.

"For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps: 'who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth'; who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; who Himself bore our sins in His own body" (1 Peter 2:21-24).

This is an amazing legacy!

No sin—not in word, deed or even thought, even under the greatest temptation and stress! Hebrews 4:15 says it this way: He "was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin."

Some people may claim to be righteous, maybe even perfect.

But few will take them seriously, especially those well acquainted with them.

But with Jesus, those closest to Him—who traveled with Him, ate with Him and walked and talked with Him constantly throughout His ministry—testified to and were willing to die for their belief that He was the sinless Son of God.

Jesus challenged His enemies, "Can any of you prove me guilty of sin?" (John 8:46, NIV).

The record shows that all the enemies of Jesus could do was hurl wild, unsubstantiated allegations: "We were not born of fornication"—implying that He was (verse 41); "He deceives the people" (John 7:12); and "He has a demon and is mad" (10:20).

Even at His trial His accusers had to resort to false witnesses because no one could testify to any wrong He had ever done (Matthew 26:59-61).

Even those who were not His disciples agreed that the character of Jesus of Nazareth was without blame.

Pilate's verdict was, "I find no fault in Him" (John 19:6).

The centurion who oversaw Jesus' execution, having witnessed a mind and spirit unlike any he had ever seen, "glorified God, saying, 'Certainly this was a righteous Man!'" (Luke 23:47).

One of the criminals who was crucified with Jesus added his testimony to the righteousness he witnessed.

He rebuked the other condemned man: "Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?

And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong" (verses 40-41).

Jesus lived a sinless and a virtuous life as confirmed by those who knew and observed Him in everyday as well as difficult circumstances.

Even members of His own family who had known Him from childhood—His half brothers who initially didn't believe in Him (John 7:5)—came to accept Him as the perfect, sinless Son of God (see "Jesus' Family Connections").

His life of character was itself evidence of the truth He claimed about Himself.

Indeed, rarely will anyone die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person someone might actually dare to die. But God proves his love for us in that while we still were sinners Christ died for us" (NRSV).

昨晚和SYX喝茶,
去old town
很开心...
他载我去的,
不过又下雨,
还好啦~~
去到那里,
点了honey Lemon Juice,
toast bread(peanut,honey and butter)
Delicious~~

ice cream toast bread,

今天一大早,
父母不在,
我就要负责洗衣,

失眠的夜晚

从小到大，
我还是第一次失眠。。。
好可怜哪！！
昨晚我失眠了，
睡不着，
从12.30am躺在床上到2.45AM，
就起身做些东西，
我在两小时内想了很多事情。。。
原来失眠是那么痛苦的，
闭上眼睛想睡又睡不着，
心却想着其他事情。。
我决定了几件事情：
1.我不要告诉他了
2.还是给他吧，不要改什么的。。
知道就知道咯，
没关系~~

我很感谢主让我失去了一个认识了2个新的朋友，
让我不会那么孤独。。
我觉得暗恋也不是很痛苦的事情，
它可以是苦的也可以是甜的，
人当然是往好的方面看啊。。
甜是因为如果不告诉他，
这就不会增加那个人的烦恼和负担，
也不必带给自己不必要的伤害。。

昨晚我才知道你是这样的，
我决定了不告诉你我的感受了，
本来打算发给你的那封信息我也删除掉了，
不要又看到。。。
很感谢那个人告诉了我这事，
我很开心，
也好像放下大石头。。
能够减少了我的烦恼，
不再担心些什么。。

Sunway Pyramid

so beautiful~~

remember back,
July i go Sunway Pyramid with my sister,
there so big,
i walk dao my leg so tired,
finally i saw the ice skating place,
i first time go Sunway de,
so happy,
but we lost in it....
i also first time saw Sunway Lagoon with my own eyes...
I also first time ate so expensive de food...

the mee so spicy~~and also' lai chi' as dessert~~
so delicious~~~
and i also took picture with my sister~~
So happy~~
hope can go there again^^
In July and Jun i got many sweet memories also got some pain memories...
hope my sweet memories can keep until my life end,

今天是我们少年军主日,
全体成员都很兴奋,
也很期待这一天的到来,
因为大家都可以升级,
4个升去小队长,

因为太久没有出席了...
很想每个星期都去但是不能...
真可怜~~
